Description
This discrete IR sensor switch is designed to be used mainly for cabinet lighting and cupboards. For example, you may have seen them in bathroom mirror cabinets to turn on the lights built into them. They can be installed by drilling a small hole for the sensor to fit inside and then either glued in or tighten up via the locking ring at the back.
The Sensor then connects to the SR-8001 Driver which has a 100-240V input and output meaning you could connect this straight to a 230V GU10 Spotlight or any 230V fixture or connect it to one of our LED Power supplies (Transformers) to run 12V or 24V Fixtures from there.
SR-8001A: With detection the sensor switches from ON to OFF
SR-8001B: Any reflection in the detection range would cause the sensor to switch OFF. No detection causes the sensor to switch on. Suitable for cupboards
SR-8001B-DC : As Above but with 12/24vdc output
No dimming function therefore is suitable for non dimmable Spotlights/Downlights.
