All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment service provider RBS. Payment is taken upon ordering. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We also except cheques as a payment option. However, we do require the cheque to clear in our account before we can send your order to you.

Shipping Methods:
We ship to United Kingdom via Royal Mail Delivery service and World Wide via parcelforce. Only our Priority delivery option is Guaranteed. All priority orders received before 4pm will be guaranteed for 1pm the day after next. (eg. Orders on Monday before 4pm will be delivered no later than 1pm on Wednesday.) Please be aware that we do not guarantee our first class, economy or International delivery services and these delivery times are subject to the Royal Mails time-scale once orders have been dispatched. Any orders placed on a Thursday via priority delivery are NOT guaranteed to arrive on the Saturday. If a Saturday delivery time is required then please contact us as this can sometimes be arranged. Returns Policy
We will refund or replace goods that are received damaged before or on delivery, if we are notified by telephone or writing within 14 days of delivery. It is very important that any items that are said to be faulty are returned to PLA packed as they arrive to the customer, to ensure they are received unbroken for inspection and testing. No returns will be refunded or changed if sent back to the company in jiffy bags or un-boxed. All returns should be sent 2nd/1st Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Please note the return of non faulty goods will incur a restocking charge of 10% (ex vat) plus the original delivery charge. Once returns are received replacements will be dispatched or a refund at the discretion of the Company Management. As all of our orders are packed and shipped promptly, It is important to make all cancellations known immediately. Any cancellations that have already been shipped will then fall into our returns policy. |
